Covid-19

At PLAZAsuite1600 our priority is the safety of our customers, so we have received certified training, we comply and proceed with the following protection measures against COVID-19:

• Anyone employed in our business will be equipped with Personal Protective Equipment.
• Notification of action plan to all our partners.
• Marking for basic safety and protection measures within our accommodation, relevant website update, as well as digitally informative messages before the arrival.
• Our accommodation has:
  medical kit (for the occurrence of a suspected case).
• For use by all customers:
  - antiseptic fluid
  - chlorine (for disinfection and cleaning)
• Check in in the open, keep your distance and disinfect the keys.
• We expand the time between check in and check out, for meticulous disinfection and cleaning of the area.
  CHECK IN: 04:00 - CHECK OUT: 10:00 a.m.
• After each departure, customers will be asked to leave the windows open for adequate ventilation of the accommodation.
• Prohibition of entry to villas for non-residents.
• Intermediate cleaning will not be offered, only in great need - by appointment - provided the customer is absent for at least 6 hours and notifies us before arrival.
• There will be clean linen inside the accommodation (in a closed closet) for the entire duration of the customer's stay.
  (Used linen will be placed by customers in closed bags, which we will provide them).
• Bedding and towels are washed at 90oC, in an outdoor partner and delivered to us in closed bags.
• Informing customers about good ventilation of the space, daily.
• After each departure, meticulous cleaning and disinfection will be performed according to the new health protocols, observing our cleaning program.
• The customer has the option to request certified disinfection in all indoor areas of the accommodation, from an external partner, with extra charge.
• Surfaces that do not allow the use of disinfectant break (eg furniture) will be cleaned with a steam appliance (temperature> 70o C)
• The remote controls will be covered with a plastic film that will change after each departure.
• Removal of decorative items, books, magazines from the accommodation.
• All air conditioners in the accommodation have been chemically cleaned.
• All air conditioners must be switched off when leaving.
• Air conditioning filters are cleaned after each departure (placing them in a basin for 15-20 minutes with antiseptic break and adequate rinsing).
• We maintain meticulous cleaning, chlorination and measurements in accordance with the current legislation in the swimming pools of our accommodation.

With these initiatives we do what we can to provide a safe, happy and enjoyable experience when you visit us in Crete.
